And so it happened that in addition to renting out our own holiday homes, we were also asked to take care of other holiday homes and villas in the area. (Provence - Côte d' Azur) The ball started rolling automatically. Suddenly we had several beautiful houses under our care. And so this new industry came into being: the management of holiday homes and villas.

Our team, also called the 'Maison Martens family', takes care of everything. They let you really enjoy your (second) home, holiday home or remote home. Whether you live there yourself or rent out your home: we provide you with tailor-made solutions. We offer the following services:
- key management
- preparing the stay: beds made, shutters opened, fridge filled, clean stacks of towels and not to forget a delicious bottle of Domaine Martens
- reception and a warm welcome: introducing the villa to the guests
- cleaning before, (during) and after the rental period
- local contact person in case of problems
- minor repairs and maintenance, such as garden, swimming pool etc.
- supervision during vacancy
- interior advice, both for living and for renting
- architectural and interior advice according to Feng Shui
- space clearings: energetic home MOT and repair
