The spacious terrace is located on the east and south. Ideal for a fresh espresso in the morning sun and a lunch or BBQ in the shade. With enough space on the south side to further develop your summer tan.

Inside is the dining room, equipped with a dining table for up to 4 people as well as a wood stove. Ideal for the cooler months.

The living room is equipped with Leolux furniture, sofa and armchair. Ideal for quietly getting lost in a good book or film, which can be seen on the large TV.

The kitchen is spacious and equipped with an island. Equipped with an induction hob, large American fridge with ice cube machine and freezer, convection oven and dishwasher. Of course, a kettle and Nespresso coffee machine are not to be missed. In short: All luxury provided!

The bedroom has a spacious double Auping bed with a mattress size of 180x200cm. There is sufficient cupboard space for your clothes.

The bathroom has a shower column with massage function, a sink and a washing machine. A tumble dryer is not necessary, the laundry dries very quickly on the clothes rack.

Both the bedroom and the living area have air conditioning. All windows have mosquito nets so that nighttime humming can be excluded. After all, a good holiday starts with a good night's sleep.

You can park your car at the villa, all on private property. Not only easy but also an important requirement for car enthusiasts!
